Join us for a course preview run on the Holly Springs Half Marathon course! Race day is 11/22/25, so for many running it, 11/1 will be your last long training run and the perfect time to run on the course!Aren't registered for the race, but want to? Course Preview Run will start on Saturday, 11/1/25 at 7am at Ting Park: at the official HSHM Finish Line, by the stadium entrance. 3 main distance options: (1) the full 1/2 marathon course: https://www.strava.com/routes/2870757226481940994, (2) the upper half of the 1/2 marathon course: https://www.strava.com/routes/2870760393852067702, or (3) the 10K course: https://www.strava.com/routes/2870767083526412802. Familiarize yourself with the routes ahead of time, take a map, or save the routes to your phone/watch.
We're asking for pacers on the full 1/2 marathon and 10K routes. Volunteers can sign up here: *link to be added later!*

And on course preview day, ensure you sign-in and sign-out with the coordinator!
We'll likely start in the dark, so be sure to wear a headlamp and reflective gear. Obey all traffic lights and run on sidewalks where available or if on road be sure to face traffic. No roads will be closed and the course will not be marked.
Bathrooms are available at: Ting Park, Veterans Park, Jones Park, Womble Park, PYRC, Bass Lake, and Sugg Farm.
Aid stations with: water jug and Skratch electrolyte drink at: Jones Park, PYRC & Bass Lake. (Aid stations are unmanned; help yourself & be sure to throw out all of your trash). We're asking for help with setting up and then cleaning up the aid stations. Volunteers can sign up here: *link to be added later!*
