The North Carolina Botanical Gardens will host an impressive showcase of meticulously pruned trees by the Triangle Bonsai Society inside Reeves Auditorium. More than 40 bonsai, ranging widely in both style and species will be on display during this two-day exhibition. Visitors of all ages are welcome to attend for FREE. We will also have local vendors onsite for any bonsai needs to you may have. The exhibit will run on Saturday, March 29th from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, March 30th from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The annual TBS New Talent Competition will be held on Saturday, March 29th in the Joslin Classroom at 10 a.m.
There will also be bonsai demonstrations at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 30th in the Joslin Classroom.
Once you have made your way through Reeves Auditorium for the show, be sure to explore the NCBG in full. A wide array of flowering species await you within the garden. Triangle Bonsai Society is excited to present our passion for bonsai in this beautiful space and we look forward to seeing you there!
