Come check out zouk dancing at our special bi-monthly social, one the last day of our August class series. We'll also have pizza and drinks (included w/ your ticket!)6:30-7:30 Class ($15, includes social):
The 4th and final class of our June series starts at 6:30. Drop-ins welcome as long as you have some dance background.
7:30-10:00 Social ($5 for just the social, includes optional mini lesson) No partner required. We'll go til 9:30 or later if the vines are vibing.
7:30 15(ish) min Mini-lesson: True dance beginners, or if you just want a basic zouk intro, we'll do a short lesson on the side.
Zouk is a Brazilian partner dance, done to a wide range of modern and latin music, known for its fun, flowing, graceful moves and options for close embrace to "wi-fi" and everything in between. Hosted and taught by long time zouk dancers Andrew Pearson & Julia Barry.
