Brand New Weaving Workshop! Looking to “tri” weaving in a fun and unusual way? Join us for a one-of-a-kind weaving workshop to create three versatile contemporary woven pieces. During this full day workshop, you will learn various weaving stitches, play with textured merino roving and experiment with quality yarns.
You will be supplied with specialty wooden laser-cut triangular looms and shown how to warp these in a way that will allow you to “paint” with yarn in your chosen style and colourway. The pieces can then be strung together or displayed separately for pops of colour around your space.
All materials are included plus tea, coffee + lovely snacks. Please bring a packed lunch for our break, if needed or the Milton Brasserie will be open for takeaways.
