This 8-week program is designed for beginners, preparing you for a pool swim triathlon. The goal race is Blackland Triathlon, but you can use it for any pool sprint triathlon. If you are new to a structured training plan and/or exercise routine, this is the perfect fit for you. We will guide you through each step, providing skill orientations for every discipline.
