The Tri County HBCU Alliance celebrates the legacy and excellence of HBCU football as we watch South Carolina State University Bulldogs vs. Howard University Bison. Music provided by DJ Sheepdog. Caribbean / America food and drinks available for purchase. Proceeds will support the scholarship fund.
