Join me in celebrating twenty years of teaching Yoga. I’m so excited to offer my very first Yoga retreat at the beautiful Ojas Retreat Center in Murrieta California (halfway between Los Angeles and San Diego).
Refresh, recharge, and unwind for four days and three nights as we celebrate each other, our community, and ourselves. Enjoy twice daily Yoga practices, both flow and restorative. Deepen your practice with daily workshops and discussions. Fill your cup with free time just to escape and enjoy the community, delicious vegetarian food, and amazing views. I hope to see you there.
