Segment 2: Challenge of Teamwork

Personality is central to teamwork and when conflict occurs there is a need to solve it. Recognize your strengths and traits, as well as those of your team members and customers

Segment 3: Mapping Your Future

Establish vision and traction for yourself and your organization. Expand upon your priorities and achievement strategies. Develop a scorecard and measurables to improve accountability.
