Tremont Towpath Urban Bird WalkLeaders: Nancy Howell and Al Rand
Please join us the fourth Saturday of each month (except December) for our Tremont Towpath Urban Bird Walk to explore the towpath through the Scranton Flats area. You may be surprised at the variety of birds that can be found right outside your doorstep and along the Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail that runs through Tremont. The area is ever-changing, including the new construction of condos, and it is interesting to witness the wildlife that persists there.
We meet at the Towpath Public Parking Lot on Abbey Ave. just west of the former Sokolowski's University Inn: https://goo.gl/maps/rRJW6HNy3xpB6r5J8. From there, your bird walk leaders will guide you north through the Scranton Flats area of the Towpath.
