History + trees at Elmwood Cemetery.Elmwood is home to almost 1,400 trees. Many of these trees are tagged, but there's so much more to know about a tree than its scientific and common name. Some of the trees that live in Elmwood are older than the cemetery itself. They've lived through countless changes taking place around them, silently and majestically, surviving centuries. We will show you a few of these and more during this special tree tour. Don't worry; we'll answer your history questions, too.
The cost for the tour is $20 per person. Choose from two dates: November 18th or November 25th. Tours will begin at 10:30 am and last about 90 minutes. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
