After a brief progressive meditation to relax, you will envision crossing a bridge over the River of Life, arriving at the Tree of Life surrounded by the Divine Animal Kingdom and illuminated beings. As the Divine animals encircle the tree with light and love, you will enter the tree's heart, resting within its core, where the Divine Life of Earth and creation will rejuvenate and restore your life force.
