We invite you to celebrate the memory of your loved one at Community Hospice & Palliative Care’s 35th Annual Tree of Life Celebration! Our trees will be adorned with ribbons, and this year, we will have special trees recognizing our youngest patients and children from our community. We encourage all family and friends attending our Tree of Life and Candlelight Ceremony of Remembrance to bring a photo of their loved one to display on the memory table.
