This talk and workshop will be delivered by Ruth Cheesbrough. Ruth will talk about the tree as one of our oldest sacred symbols, and explore the relationship between trees and people. She will talk about including trees in magical practice and provide a brief overview of Ogham (which is much more than just a tree alphabet). After looking at one of the ogham trees in more detail, there will be a supporting practical activity relating to this tree and the opportunity to make sigils using Ogham.
