**TREC Training with Rhoda McVey at Lawmarnock Farm** Sunday 21st September Only 3 spaces remaining!
Back by popular demand we’re running a TREC training day at Lawmarnock on 21st September. Rhoda McVey will be running the sessions which will be 1 hour 30 minutes long and consist of obstacles practice as well as CoP (control of paces). Rhoda is a qualified BHS coach, BHSAI and has been shortlisted for the GB Trec team for the world championships as well as previously being an examiner for the BHS.
There will be 3 sessions and spaces are limited to 4 per session. The cost is is £32 per person for members and £35 for non members.
