About this Event

"Treat Yourself" is a FREE Women/Young Ladies event that is created to Educate, Encourage and Empower women to be their best healthy selves (spirit, soul, and body)!! We focus on *Self-Reflection, *Relationships and *Womb Wellness (hormones, menstrual cycles, gut health and more). We will have several raffle prizes plus each person will be able to ask Dr. Lj Johnson questions pertaining to their specific health needs and concerns.

"Treat Yourself" Ladies Night will ONLY welcome women/ladies that are 11 years old and older (11 - 14 yrs old will be accompanied by an adult "MANDATORY"). The last session Dr. Lj Johnson will be providing some women womb/menstrual cycle information and answering questions that will focus on physical and/or sexual content and possibly someone's personal sensitive situation. NO children ages 10 years and younger will be allowed to attend for any circumstances, this will support a healthy and relaxing enviroment for all participating. CHILDCARE IS NOT PROVIDED.
