YES - WOMEN, GRANDMOTHERS, MOTHERS, NON-MOTHERS, AUNTS, DAUGHTERS, SISTERS, SIBLINGS, FRIENDS, GUARDIANS, EDUCATORS, LEADERS, MENTORS AND MORE. We focus on *Reflection-Knowing Thyself, *Relationships and *Womb Wellness (hormones, gut health and more). We will have several activities and goal setting challenges where you can focus specifically on your unique selves. We raffle off free gifts/prizes, provide networking opportunities, serve sweet treats plus have a powerful Q&A session with Dr. Lj Johnson the Wholistic Hormone Expert and *HOST GUEST* Amy Vander Linden from Moment of Truth Physical Therapy. Where you’ll have your questions answered pertaining to your specific health concerns and find the support you’ve been looking for.

Lj’s passion is to empower, motivate and educate all women, so they too can have quality of life despite their symptoms or diagnosis.
