About this Event
Our feet consist of more than 100 muscles, tendons/ligaments, 33 joints, and one quarter of all the bones in your body--all working together to provide support, balance, and mobility. It's no wonder that most people at some point in their lives have experienced foot pain, such as plantar fasciitis, bunions, and arthritis.
In this workshop, you will learn how to move, stretch, and strengthen your feet in order to relieve pressure and discomfort while discovering how to build a strong foundation and improve balance for the entire body. Each student will receive an exercise kit already included in the workshop price.
