Do you get cramps in your legs, do you want more flexibility? How about the opportunity to release the pain of injuries, even old injuries. Would you like the opportunity to get relief overtime from such things as Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, IBS, and other Inflammatory and Painful Conditions. How about migraines headaches and or back pain.

Please wear comfy clothes and bring a yoga mat, blanket, water bottle, and anything else you might need for Comfort.
Classes $20/session. Approx. 1hr to 1½ hrs. Minimum 3 and maximum 15 people
