If you are a competitor, this camp is for you! We will be training hard. This is NOT a seminar. If you are not competing but want to get some amazing training in...come on! Fri pm 1 session, Sat am & pm 2 sessions, Sun am 1 session. Each session will be approx 1 to 2 hours or longer...be prepared. Bring water, a good attitude and a killer mentality.
