Welcome to the 2022 #TravelsWithOllie Hiking Series!
We'll meet at the Capitol Reflecting pool at 10am. Our hike will consist of a 5 mile loop around the Mall and Tidal Basin. Highlights will include: Smithsonian Museums, Washington Monument, WWII, Lincoln, MLK, FDR, Jefferson, Capitol Building. This is a leisurely hike with plenty of stops for photo ops.
Limited to 20 people. Please RSVP.
We ask that all attendees be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
PARKING: Street parking is free on Sundays. We’ll start & end at the Capitol reflecting pool so parking near the American Indian Museum/NGA/3rd st SW would be best.
All dogs must remain on a leash for the duration of the hike. Please practice the "Leave No Trace" principles. Don't forget water and snacks for you and your pup.
The #TravelsWithOllie hiking series began in 2018 to bring DC's amazing dog community together through monthly outdoor adventures in the metro area + beyond.
