This trauma sensitive training is designed for yoga teachers who want to bring more understanding and freedom to their yoga classes.

You will learn what trauma is, how it affects the nervous system, and the different ways it manifests in the body. We will review essential practices that create a greater sense of safety for your students. This includes how to teach classes that offer room for all experiences, encourage students to listen to their bodies, bring in joy, and reset an over activated nervous system.

You will leave feeling more confident in your teaching and ability to work with a more diverse population of students.

This workshop will be held in-person at the Chace Mill.
