Trauma Release Workshop

Everyone has experienced some degree of trauma. A trauma occurs when something is too fast, too soon, too much, or too little, and which causes us to go into protection mode. Each trauma we experience gets written into our body, nervous system, and energy field. The stuck energy from unresolved trauma can keep us in habitual states of stress that affect the ability to trust others, believe in ourselves, and be fully expressed in our authenticity. It can also show up as physical and emotional pain. To truly reclaim our sense of empowerment, freedom, and self-love, trauma must be cleared from the body and deeper parts of our being.
In this integrative and dynamic 3 hour workshop, you will be introduced to several tools to release old energy from the physical, mental, emotional, and energetic bodies. This includes:

- Grounding practices
- Learning about trauma and its effects on the mind, body, and spirit
- Journaling & insight work to clear the past
- Safe group processing & connection
- Trauma Release Exercises (TRE) to discharge trauma patterns from the body
- Healing yoga nidra meditation to reconnect to self-love and spiritual wisdom
This workshop is designed to begin to clear residual trauma from your system and activate your inner resources. You will leave feeling lighter, more connected to yourself, and more empowered and hopeful for the future.
Please bring:
- journal & pen
- water
- eye pillow or eye mask if you have one
