Topics vary monthly, from exploring ACE scores to the effects of trauma on the brain. Share your experiences, ask questions, and connect with others on their healing journey.
You’ll leave each session with practical tools and resources to practice throughout the month, helping you integrate healing into daily life. Together, we’ll build a foundation for ongoing growth, resilience, and restoration.
