Practice a deeply restorative breathwork series to release trauma and reset the nervous system. This Pranayama set from Kundalini Yoga combines vagal-toning breathwork with intricate mudras to gently release stored stress and trauma from the body. This practice will reset the nervous system without re-experiencing or reliving traumatic events.

After prolonged stress or a painful event, we may feel numb, agitated, disconnected or unlike ourselves. To regain inner peace and resiliency the body may require a physical reset. This deep reset will support the healing process and metabolize emotional residue, inner distress, and fatigue.
