Join us for a 45-minute yoga session led by Clinical Social Worker and Certified Yoga Instructor, Taylor Novak! This trauma-informed class is designed for all ages and experience levels, focusing on slow, intentional movements to help you reconnect with your body and release tension stored within. Whether you're new to yoga or experienced, this session offers a safe and supportive environment to promote self-awareness, relaxation, and healing.
Registration is donation-based, and all proceeds fund counseling services for our beneficiaries at . Our mission as a registered 501(C) non-profit is to eliminate disparities in access and utilization of high-quality mental health counseling services by removing financial barriers so folx can see an affirming therapist of their choice.
