This class is designed as a gentle, supportive space where clients can reconnect with their bodies in safety and at their own pace. Using grounding practices, mindful movement, breathwork, trauma-releasing exercises, and guided relaxation, participants are encouraged to notice what feels right for them and choose what best supports their well-being. Trauma-Informed Yoga emphasizes nervous system regulation, body awareness, and cultivating compassion toward oneself. It is especially well-suited for individuals navigating stress, trauma, anxiety, or depression, and for those who would benefit from slower, choice-based movement that prioritizes healing over performance.Registration 24 hrs prior to class start time is required.
Please arrive 10 min before class start time.
Please wear comfortable clothes for movement & stretching, as well as remove shoes & socks during class. If you would not be comfortable being barefoot, for your safety, please wear socks that have grippy bottoms.
Please bring your own mat, water, and any props you like to use. I will have limited mats and some props if needed.
