Welcome to Trauma-Informed Yoga at The Wild Box
Join us for a gentle, practice that supports both body and mind. This session is rooted in the belief that healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and empowered. With a trauma-informed approach, we create a supportive space that honours your pace and choices.
Through calming yoga postures, deep relaxation, and mindful awareness, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with your body, release tension, and nurture inner peace. The practice is guided with invitational language and an emphasis on options, helping you explore what feels right for you in each moment.
This class is open to all levels—whether you are new to yoga or experienced in your practice. Our trauma-informed teacher will guide you with care, compassion, and respect for your unique journey.
An initial assessment, included in your Eventbrite ticket, is required before attending your first session to ensure the practice is safe and responsive to your needs.
