About this Event
Welcome to Trauma Informed Yoga (with mental health providers)!
Come join us for sessions of trauma informed yoga at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church (don't stress, this isn't religiously based, it's just a convenient space).
These events focus on creating a safe and supportive environment for individuals ages 18+
Our experienced instructors, who also happen to be mental health professionals, will guide you through gentle yoga poses, flows, and breathing exercises designed to promote healing and relaxation.
Whether you're new to yoga, have no idea what you are doing, or a seasoned practitioner, this class is open to all levels.
