About this Event
This training is suitable for any frontline workers, such as teachers, support workers, medical staff, front of house staff, first responders, correctional officer's and carers. This training aims to enhance your skills when working with populations who have experienced traumatic events.
Light lunch will be provided.

▪ How to respond to people in crisis, with complex childhood trauma & PTSD
▪ Understanding the nervous system regulation through a Polyvagal Theory lens

▪ Post traumatic growth
In addition, the training will assist you in understanding your own nervous system, provide knowledge and skills on how to look after yourself so that you can have a sustainable career and good quality of life.
