🌻 What is Reiki?
Reiki (pronounced ray-kee) is a gentle and non-invasive practice that aids the body in releasing stress and tension and can be used to balance the energy centers (chakras) in the body. Reiki is a natural and safe method that can be used in conjunction with medical and/or therapeutic techniques to promote healing and optimal overall wellness.
🌻 Why Trauma Informed?
Reiki, similar to other restorative or relaxation practices may bring up traumatic experiences in the form of memories, visualizations + so much more. This training teaches Reiki practitioners how to provide a safe container for clients while working to balance their energy centers.
Level I Certification (Self-Care + Self-Healing):
Day 1 (Saturday October 19): Level I Practitioner Certification, 11:30 am - 6:00 pm

Charonda will share additional tools and techniques to heal yourself and others, such as group healing, removing energy, psychic mediumship, and cleansing people and places.

Attunement and Certification
At the end of the Level I and Level II sessions, the Reiki attunement will be passed to each participant to initiate them as Reiki Practitioners.
Training manuals accompany each training and certificates will be presented to all students who complete the training and receive the attunement.
Requirements
Students are not required to take both classes. However, if you are only registering for Level II, you will be required to provide evidence of Reiki Level I certification.
Who is Charonda?
Charonda is a Licensed Holistic Therapist and Registered Yoga Teacher. She is the owner of Embracing Hope Counseling and Consulting, a group private practice that provides virtual mental health therapy. Charonda is also the owner of Southern Lotus Yoga, a beautiful yoga studio located in McDonough, GA.
She is a Master Reiki Instructor trained in the Usui Reiki method. Charonda wholeheartedly believes in the healing power of modalities that integrate mind, body, and spirit.
She is also a sensitive intuitive with a passion for connecting with others and using her spiritual gifts to aid others along the path back home to themselves.
Charonda is a lover of life. She loves to spread love and to support others along their journeys.
