Join Dani Simpson for a 1:1 trauma informed health coaching, working together to help you live free from emotional dis-ease and disease.
About this Event

Join accredited Health Coach, Dani (Personalised Care Institute Accredited Health Coach, Trauma Informed and CFS/Fybro Practitioner BSc Hons, Dip 5) as you work together to help you live free from emotional dis-ease and disease, recovering and discovering your best self.

For this particular therapy we recommend committing to 3 consecutive sessions to maximise benefits.

Dani will create a positive and supportive listening and coaching space, held at Revival Food & Mood, Whistable.

Having faced CFS, fibromyalgia and anxiety Dani spent years understanding the synergy between relational harm (our relationship with ourselves, with others, with food, with work, with movement, with stress) and chronic disease. Her whole-person-centred approach helps those wanting to compassionately heal in body, mind, soul and spirit using effective coaching tools to gently move towards a balanced, happier and healthier life.

Although Dani has a special interest in stress, ACES and relational harm, she works with a wide range of health concerns including diet, low energy, Type 2 diabetes, digestion and gut health, weight loss, movement as medicine, unhealthy habits/addictions, sleep and healthy ageing.

Dani has a heart to help people live free from emotional dis-ease and disease, recovering and discovering their best self. Dani instructs in lifestyle medicine with Sally Gunnell for TGO, runs The Vitamin Sea Residency Herne Bay, is Author of Resilient Brilliant You and is an NHS One You Leader.

Accessible to all. Follow up sessions available by arrangement and pre-booking via eventbrite.
