I've spent the last month getting settled into the Yogi Union space. It's been such a great experience.
While you're welcome to come to any of the amazing classes during the week -I'm SO grateful to announce that our trauma informed gentle flow is ready to go on the schedule and to be offered to the community! This will be a weekly class available to you in a quiet studio space.
THIS CLASS IS OPEN TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO ATTEND WITH NO BARRIERS TO MOVEMENT OR FINANCES!!!

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Slow, gentle movement filled with opportunities to explore and be curious. This is a time where you can do as little or as much as you like - I'm the guide, you're the choice maker.
NO hands on assists.
Experienced teaching from trauma informed trained teachers. Trauma sensitive teachings with the teacher in one place holding the room steady. There are also mindful pose choices.
Somatic offerings for the mind-body connection that will support both fascia and the vagus nerve.
Space to be you. There is no expectation to speak or share, but there is a community waiting for you if you choose it.
