Trauma-informed breathwork: What if your body already knows what you need — and your breath opens the door?
About this Event

In this transformative breathwork journey, you are not following a concept, an expectation, or a goal — but the wisdom of your own body.

No prior experience is required. I work with a maximum of 7 people to ensure a personal, attentive, and trauma-informed space.

☯️ Why transformative breathwork?

Do you feel stressed in everyday life or caught in recurring patterns? Do you know on a rational level what would be good for you, yet find it difficult to truly implement or embody it? Do you struggle to let go or to consciously feel and express emotions?
Transformative breathwork supports you in moving from the head back into the body. They can help close stress cycles, process emotions, and regulate the nervous system. Many people experience a sense of lightness, clarity, grounding, and a deeper connection to themselves afterward.

The breath acts as a bridge between body and mind.

☯️ What to expect?

Each session begins with a detailed introduction to the breathing technique and its effects. The breathwork and sound journey itself lasts approximately 60 minutes.

We work with conscious connected breathing, where the inhale and exhale flow into each other without pauses. This active and powerful breathing technique is practiced lying down, with closed eyes, and accompanied by a carefully curated music set.

Throughout the journey, I guide you with my voice and - with prior consent - through mindful, supportive touch. At the end of the session, Tibetan singing bowls accompany the integration phase, guiding you into a deeply restful and grounding state.

After the breathwork, there is time to gently return and - if you wish - to share your experience in a voluntary group exchange. I will bring small snacks, and you are welcome to bring something to share as well.

Possible experiences during the breathwork

Each breathwork journey is unique, and experiences vary from person to person. They may include:

  • Somatic responses such as trembling, tingling, bodily tension, sensations of warmth or cold
  • Visual perceptions such as colors, shapes, or inner imagery
  • Emotional release, e.g. through crying, laughing, or vocal expression
  • Trance states or yogic sleep
  • Access to the subconscious, from which insights, ideas, or inner images may arise
  • Spiritual or dreamlike experiences, visions, or impulses related to life themes

Whatever arises unfolds at your own pace and within a safe, held container. For this reason, I work with a maximum of 7 participants.

☯️ What to bring?
  • Comfortable, loose clothing (if possible, without a bra)
  • An eye mask or a light cloth to cover your eyes
  • Lip balm (breathing can dry the lips)
  • A water bottle
  • Optional: a notebook for reflections afterward

☯️ About me & how I work

Hi, I’m Mandy — a certified Intesoma breathwork coach, systemic coach, as well as a yoga and sound healing teacher.

Since beginning my yoga practice, breathwork has been a central part of my life. It has supported me in moving beyond psychosomatic symptoms such as migraines, recognizing recurring patterns, and consciously feeling emotions — including anger.

I work trauma-sensitively, meaning I am informed about trauma and always respect your boundaries. I am happy to share my experience and knowledge with you and to accompany you on your path toward greater grounding, inner clarity, and transformation.

Would you like to listen to your body again?
Then I warmly invite you to join this breathwork and sound journey.

If you are unsure whether this session is right for you, feel free to reach out to me in advance.
