About this Event
Muslims are not immune from experiencing trauma. And while many of us work and try to heal from trauma, this can feel difficult and limited to healing our minds. Yet for Muslims, we believe in having a soul, which is often missing when we talk about healing from trauma.
This 2-hour interactive workshop will lead participants to understand the impacts of trauma on the soul, using an Islamic Psychology framework, and provide tools and strategies for holistic healing.
This workshop is open to all (men and women) who identify as Muslim.
