This weeks run, #5 in the TRAQ Summer Series will be jointly hosted by the Gold Coast Trail Runners and Norths, Gold Coast. Both groups have joint members and as the GCTR group looks to grow we’d love to see as many members of the Gold Coast trail running community come along to this run and find out more about both run clubs.Our good friend Steve Jackson will be there to answer any questions you have about GCTR and the legends from the Norths Club will be there in their green and gold finest.
Last year we did the famous Goat loop, however this year I will leave it up to GCTR and Norths to surprise us where we head. The run will be broken up into 2 groups, one covering about 8km and the other 10km and a bit quicker. As with all the TRAQ SS runs nobody will get left behind.
Make sure you bring your own water and nutrition and as always you run at your own risk. A good sense of humour is also recommended for this run with the Norths crew leading 😉
