Peace and love family! Join us every Saturday as we tap in with evolutionary practice of Trap Chi. In a nutshell, Trap Chi takes certain fundamentals from traditional Tai Chi and trap music instrumentals to create an experience like no other!
Every Saturday we have class at Echo Park Lake beginning at 11 am. This class is open to all ages! Be sure to bring a water bottle and yoga matt ! This particular class is a donation based class, all donations support the expansion of Trap Chi! See you soon family!
