The Transplant Advocate Association supports individuals and all those touched by transplant. Our next support chat will take place at Zwick's Park at the picnic tables near the food trucks on Wednesday July 31st at 5:00 pm. All are welcome to join us! We have a great group of people who are currently going through the transplant process those who have had recent transplants and many others who have received the gift of life over the past 20 years. There is so much experience packed into our group and we have a lot of fun together! If you are interested in learning more about transplants or would like to volunteer with us this is a great place to start as well.
