Fear often hides deep within the body, tightening the breath, hardening the fascia, and keeping the nervous system on constant alert. In this immersive two-hour workshop, you’ll be guided through a powerful process to bring your body back into safety and release the years of fear. We’ll begin by grounding the body through nervous system regulation techniques including breathwork, meditation, and a full-body awareness scan. Once the body feels safe and supported, you’ll be guided through the Emotional Liberation Method, a dynamic practice combining breath, sound, and gentle fascial pressure to release fear and stagnant energy from the tissues.
Throughout the experience, our facilitators will hold a regulated field of presence, offering energetic support and co-regulation as you move through your release.

Matt Michaels is a naturopathic practitioner and holistic health coach with 5 years of practice. He dove into his own healing journey 10 years ago when faced chronic pain and disease that put his entire life on hold. Through self-experimentation and consistent work, he healed his body of the disease and inflammation that had plagued him since adolescence. Now Matt is on a mission to share what he’s learned, empowering others towards a path of true health through nutrition, detoxification, and lifestyle change. His passion for health extends beyond the physical with a focus on the emotional body and the importance of releasing stored emotional trauma. He is excited to share his process that combines inner child work, somatic movement, holotropic breathing, and the emotional liberation method with the collective.
