Transmasculine Pelvic Health Empowerment Workshop

Join us at the Tom of Finland House for a transformative workshop on pelvic health empowerment for transmasculine individuals. This in-person event will provide a safe and inclusive space to learn about ways to promote pelvic health and well-being.
Everyone has a pelvic floor! Pelvic health encompasses bladder, bowel, sexual, reproductive, musculoskeletal, mental and emotional health. We will cover topics specific to some transmasculine folks, such as chest binding, hormones, and gender-affirming surgeries.

-Lecture on pelvic health anatomy, physiology, and dysfunction awareness.

-Short break with free snacks and drinks

-Breathwork and gentle movement exercises in the grass (bring a yoga mat or towel)

-Conversation and reflection. Pelvic Sanctuary is a developing nonprofit, and we want to know how we can expand and improve our programs to serve your needs. Your voice matters to us!
