About this Event
Three years ago Kyle Sparkman and I collaborate and created magic. I taught a supportive yoga class while he laid down some chill guitar to accompany the vibe of the class. It was magic. In the time since, we have both lived our lives fully, honed our skills, and become even clearer conduits of our respective crafts. So we have decided to do it again. Only this time in Philly, the city where we live and love.
I am thrilled to invite you to another, long-overdue edition of Transits and Tunes on Saturday, 9/25 at 10:30am. This particular practice will focus on the transitional energy of the fall equinox and how to navigate it in a nourishing way for yourself- body and Soul. Practice will be accessible to every body, as I will offer modifications for the individual when necessary.
We'll do some stabilizing movement, breathwork, meditation, and, of course, rest. Lots of rest. And lots of music love coming from Kyle.
This practice is $30. A portion of the proceeds are going to Philadelphia nonprofit Project Home. An organization that supports humans experiencing homelessness and helps them to find stable homes and jobs.
I am so excited to be collaborating with Kyle and serving you all in person once again. We are trying to raise a large amount of money for Project HOME, so please forward this invite to your family and friends!
When we come together in community, we support ourselves and start to heal the collective. It is such a powerful thing.
I can't wait to see you beautiful humans. <3 XOLF
