During three days we will understand, appreciate and become aware of the workings of our body, when it is left to work without our interference. We will deepen our sense of letting go and allowing to happen. We will experience how our awareness and attention is the key and the only thing needed, to guide the body into action appropriately and sufficient to the task - and all on the most versatile of Pilates apparatus - The Reformer.This is the third of 3 workshops being run in Madrid this year. You can attend this course on its own or combine it with Moving Connections and/or The Intensive Matwork Week.
