NNEDV’s Transitional Housing TA team, in partnership with the Hawaii Coalition Against Domestic Violence, is excited to announce an In-person gathering in Honolulu, HI for territory, Alaskan, and island-based OVW Transitional Housing Grantees. The purpose of this gathering is to bring together grantees in the territories for peer sharing, connecting, and learning.
During this two and a half-day gathering, we will come together to build relationships, connections, and community between programs. We will also hear presentations from the Center for the Pacific Asian Family (CPAF), the Asian Pacific Institute on Gender Based Violence (API-GBV), and Hawai’i Appleseed on a variety of topics including voluntary services, language access, enhancing services for the AA and PI communities, accessing affordable housing, and effective landlord engagement. Additionally, all OVW program managers assigned to the regions represented will be present.
