Transition Workshop #2 hosted by B-Ironstrong

B-Ironstrong will be hosting a Transition Workshop.
B-Ironstrong will have bike racks set up so you will be able to get a feel of how to set up your bike and gear for a triathlon.
B-Ironstrong will demonstrate and discuss:
How to rack your bike.
How to set up your gear at your bike.
Demonstrate and discuss all aspects of how the transition works (swim to bike and then bike to run).
Participants will set up bike and gear. Then everyone will enter the transition like you would coming out of the swim. Locate your bike and prepare for the bike portion of the race. Un-rack your bike, leave transition and mount your bike. Ride to the other end of the transition. Dismount bike (I will demonstrate how to do a flying dismount) and re-enter transition. Re-rack your bike and get out of your bike gear and get ready for the run and run out of transition.
After transition training:
B-Ironstrong will go over the other 3 portions of the race (swim, bike, and run), and how they relate to races like St. Anthony's and Ironman Gulf Coast. I have participated in both of these races multiple times and am there to answering questions on these 2 upcoming spring races. And just what to expect in any triathlon.
For anyone that is interested, we will run the Sprint section of the St. Anthony's course at the end of the workshop.
CAUTION: This is just a fun run. There will not be aid stations set up. So please bring a fuel belt for self-hydration. Please be polite and courteous to the public, this is not a closed course.
I am asking for a minimum donate of $20 for this even, but it is a donation so all are welcome donation or not. A portion of the this will be donated to a cause for Mental Health.
