Transition Part of IEP

Review of how to complete the transition pages in SEIS, including assessments to be completed, goals, and graduation plans for students fifteen or older entering high school. Now including eighth grade students.

Completion of Individual Transition Plan pages in SEIS, including assessment resources, examples of transition goals in all three domains and graduation plans for students fifteen years or older.

Target Audience:

• Special Education Case Managers
• Special Education Administrators
• General Education Administrators

Registered participants may need to bring: laptop, note taking materials including writing utensils.
