Welcome to the Transgender Theology Conference! Join us at Luther King House for 2 days of insightful discussions and workshops exploring Transgender, Intersex, and Non-binary Theology. This in-person event will bring together ministers, activists, facilitators and community members to explore the intersection of gender identity and spirituality. Together we will learn, connect, and grow our understanding of transgender issues within a theological context. We look forward to seeing you there!
With keynote speaker Jay Hulme, and lead chaplain Tina Beardsley.
This year we are excited to be broadening our program to offer workshops in embodied practices including yoga and singing, in line with our theme of Post-Trauma Healing.
Venue
Luther King House is ideally located in a quiet tree-lined suburb, within easy reach of Manchester city centre by either private or public transport and offers free on-site parking. There is also free Wi Fi in public areas. The House is noted for its peaceful and secluded setting and very friendly atmosphere. There is a unique inner courtyard with water feature, seating and covered areas, where you can relax and unwind at any time of the day or evening.

Conference Passes
Day passes for Thursday and Friday are available. There is a discount for those booking for the entire conference.
Add-ons
Please note that conference passes do not include accomodation or lunch, these should be added on during check out. If you would like lunch on both days of the conference, please make sure you add two lunch passes to your order. If you would like to stay overnight at the venue on Thursday night, add one accomodation pass to your order. If you want an extra night beforehand (Wednesday) add two Accomodation passes to your oder.
Online Tickets
We are excited to be offering a live stream of the entire conference for those who cannot be with us in person. Online tickets include the entire conference, Thursday and Friday.
Concessions
We recognise that there may be financial barriers for some people wishing to attend the conference, and so offer a concessionary price for those on low means or unwaged. This is a self selected option, so please consider mindfully whether you are able to pay the standard ticket price or not. Concessions tickets include the entire conference, Thursday and Friday.
Volunteers
