Join us at the Shoals Diversity Center for an evening of remembrance, community, and support as we honor the lives of transgender individuals lost to anti-transgender violence. Our candlelight vigil on Transgender Day of Remembrance is an opportunity for reflection and unity as we stand together against hatred and violence, celebrate resilience, and hold space for healing.
The vigil will include readings of the names of those we’ve lost, shared moments of silence, and opportunities for attendees to share their own reflections. Candles will be provided, and all community members and allies are welcome.
Let us come together in solidarity, light candles in remembrance, and affirm our commitment to love, acceptance, and justice.
