About this Event

As part of our work to build safer spaces for all this event will unite LGBTQ+ and ally communities to raise trans visibility, and also include an act of remembrance.

This event with will be led by Alex Clare-Young. Alex Clare-Young (they/them/Alex) is a consultant, educator, writer, speaker, campaigner and minister. Alex is passion about advocating for the inclusion of, and social justice for, all people. Alex is interested in trans and non-binary identities, neurodiversity, multiple religious belonging, and curating safer spaces for diversity, equity and inclusion.

Alex advocates passionately for social justice, and provides advice and opinion on trans visibility, acceptance and inclusion in the UK. As a keen supporter of LGBTQ+ charities and organisations, Alex is co-chair of the Open Table Network, and is a consultant for One Body One Faith and member of Creating Sanctuary.
