Weekend course with Lama Rinchen Palmo: Transforming the Emotions into Wisdom. October 5th and 6th: 2pm to 5pm (with tea breaks). Lama Rinchen will explain the Tibetan Buddhist approach for working with painful emotions, through understanding the pure essence of the mind and discovering the enlightened wisdom that lies at the heart of all our experiences.
