About this Event

Learn the power of breathwork for managing stress and regulating the nervous system. Simple breathing techniques can transform your relationship with stress and promote overall well-being. Together we will talk about stress and the impact it can have on our health and discuss how incorporating just a few minutes of breathwork a day into life can benefit you.

Breathwork has so many health benefits to include; reducing heart rate and blood pressure, improving sleep, decreasing anxiety and depression, improving heart rate variability, helping metabolism and digestion, improving immune function and so many more.

We will learn and practice together 6 different breathwork practices to promote relaxation and the science of how breathwork enhances our physical and emotional health. We will also talk about the benefits of positive emotions and gratitude. This is an introductory, interactive workshop and no experience is necessary.
