Transforming Our Relationships

In our monthly workshops, we will be exploring both the theory and using practical exercises to transform our understanding of our relationships. We will look at why they can be so difficult, what is it that keeps us repeating the patterns of the past and how through understanding and new experiences, we can create the relationships we truly desire.
Even if you feel that your relationships are healthy, this creates an opportunity to further develop your relationship skills on levels that you may not even be aware exist.
Through this process, you will also gain deeper insights into your own behaviours and beliefs and how that affects the relationship you have with yourself as well as with others.
The Integral Relationship model provides singles and couples with a practical roadmap to co-creating healthy, sustainable love relationships. It integrates the growth potentials of body, mind, heart, and spirit/soul by balancing healthy feminine and masculine polarities and puts them into a cultural and social context. Thus, it allows men and women to meet each other as opposite and equal partners and make the world a better place.
Singles will receive a clear roadmap to finding/attracting a compatible partner for the co-creation of a sustainable healthy love relationship.
Couples will identify and realize healing and growth potentials that allow them to deepen and sustain their loving connection at the level of their body, mind, heart, and soul/spirit.
In an Integral Relationship, we bring the 14 essential elements for the co-creation of a healthy sustainable love relationship into a functional whole. Integral Love Relationships are unique because they build on the insight that adults have the potential for ongoing learning, healing, growing, and awakening, or “inter-becoming”, and to share a purpose that is larger than either individual and makes the world a better place. You'll study and practice all of these 14 elements in the 26 modules of the training.
These workshops are for singles, couples, helping professionals, and group facilitators who want to learn and practice how to co-create healthy Integral Love Relationships in the 21st century
The 14 Essential Elements of this comprehensive model are
The Four Dimensions of Being
Levels of Consciousness Development
Communication
The Fear/Shame Dynamic
Masculine/Feminine Polarities
Spiritual Development
Sexual Development
Anima/Animus Development
Personality Types
Attachment Style
The Unconscious
Personality Disorders
Life Purpose
Co-Creation
Ben Calder and Jayne Hopwood have been working with the Integral Relationships model for over 10 years and took the formal training to become facilitators in 2020/21, repeating the training in 2023/24 to gain a deeper understanding of the work.
They have been navigating the journey of their intimate relationship since 2015
This will be the first time they have formally facilitated the Integral Relationships Model in these workshops and aim to explore the material in collaboration with courageous couples and singles who choose to develop their relationship skills.
